2023 2nd International Seminar on Computation, Communication and Control (ISCCC 2023) is to facilitate an exchange of information on best practices for advanced Computational Engineering, Communication Engineering and Control Technology, addressing the problems and opportunities of a sustainable future. ISCCC 2023 will provide a forum for engineers and scientists in academia, industry, and government to address the most innovative research and development including technical challenges, social and economic issues, and to present and discuss their ideas, results, work in progress and experience on all aspects of advanced computational engineering, communication engineering and control technology. 

ISCCC 2023 will be held on September 9-10, 2023 in Chongqing, China, which is organized by China University of Geosciences, University of Oklahoma, Taiyuan Normal University, East China Institute of Technology, Huazhong Agricultural University, Hebei University and Southwest University.

English is the official language of the conference. All submissions will be peer reviewed by our International Program Committee on the basis of full manuscripts. Acceptance will be based on quality, originality and relevance. Papers should be formatted according to the paper format. They should be written in English and at least 4 pages. Contributions should be original and not published elsewhere or submitted for publication during the review period.
